Privacy policy

CuePraxis is a coaching platform operated for pilot use. We collect account information (name, email), training and nutrition data you or your coach enter, booking history, messages, and payment metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

Purpose: provide coaching tools, scheduling, nutrition tracking, messaging, and payments between coaches and their clients.

Sharing: your coach can see data you log for coaching. Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) receive payment details under their policies. We do not sell personal data.

Storage: data is stored on our hosting provider and may include file uploads (photos/videos) you submit.

Security: passwords are hashed; access is role-restricted. No method is perfectly secure—use a strong unique password.

Your rights: contact your coach or the site operator to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data where applicable.

Contact: use in-app messaging with your coach, or the support email provided by the operator of this pilot instance.
